I've been working on this passion project (ebook) for a while. Always loved the idea of creating nutrition guide for those navigating themselves in their health journey.
Whether you've had little to no nutrition knowledge, or grown up with your own personal struggle with health. It is a nutrition and wellness guide for anyone.
Growing up with my own experience with my loved one losing parts of their life due to their health as well as my own health journey, it brought me to dive deep into the dietetic career. I wanted to build the knowledge to use for myself but also inspire others that it's never too late and impossible for one to take control of their wellbeing, regardless of where you come from.
I am grateful for the opportunities to pursue my passion in 'Food as Medicine' (one of my own life motto).
It may be a small project but it's one that means a lot to me.
